Enrolling Foreign Students

October 2017, our school has successfully enrolled students from Vietnam, Malaysia, Zimbabwe and etc for pursuing diplomas. All those students got scholarship from Tianjin Municipal Government. They will finish course in major of Logistics for three years and become specialized skill talents knowing and loving China.

By 2019 Autumn semester, nearly 90 foreign students are studying at TMC.


Sino-Polish Student Exchange Program

Since 2016, our school has conducted the student exchange program with Poland and it has become the first Polish student exchange program among higher vocational schools in Tianjin. Now the program has been conducted for two years with more than 80 students involved in the program through which Polish students had courses including Chinese Culinary Art, Hotel Hospitality, Chinese Culture and others. This program promoted the friendship between Chinese and Polish students. It helped to broaden students’ internationalized visions and increase their competitiveness.To deepen the cooperation, both parties will establish the Sino-Polish Culinary Training Centers which can become overseas educational base to spread Chinese and Polish cultures.


Sino-French Training-SolidWorks Workshop

In May 2017, Jean Marie Berard, the president of theInstitut Le Monnier, delivered classes of SolidWorks for 91 students from Marine Engineering Department and Engineering Technology Department. Through one-month study of mechanical drawing course, TMC teachers and students developed spatial and imaginal thinking, get access to the latest vocational technique and skills and promote friendship with the visitors from France.


Chinese Culinary Program

At the beginning of 2013, with guidance of International Exchange Office of Tianjin Municipal Education Commission TMC successfully gained the qualification of enrolling foreign students who will be incorporated into foreign students’ education management system of Ministry of Education subject to unified management. In June 2013, 26 students from Sri Lanka have come to our school for study in the major of Chinese Culinary Art. The courses of culinary skills and Mandarin are delivered in English. At the end of the program, students could independently prepare more than 20 Chinese dishes.

RETURN
